Philip is the Founder and Managing Partner of Crowley Law LLC, bringing 45+ years of corporate legal experience, including four decades as Corporate Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, to the startups and founders he serves today. His primary goal is to help entrepreneurs avoid costly early mistakes while building the legal foundation for lasting growth.
