Prior to joining Crowley Law, LLC as counsel, Jay S. Pattumudi helped clients with patent prosecution matters involving biotechnology, chemical and pharmaceutical areas, consumer products, mechanical matters, medical devices, and materials science for many years. Additionally, his practice included opinion work relating to non-infringement and invalidity in many of those fields and managing patent portfolios. More recently, he has assisted clients in trademark matters and in general IP due diligence. Moreover, he has authored many articles in bar journals, industry trade journals and patent blogs. His insights developed from his experiences in patent and trademark law help in the rendering of providing proactive legal guidance to emerging life sciences and technology companies.
